I bought yaktrax last year after being sick of being stuck inside in the bad weather. I got mine from a private podiatrist, but i have seen them lately in outdoor shops, whilst shopping for trainers with Mike.

Hi Sheila, they are very good and seem to cut through the ice. They are hard to get on to your shoes though, Mike had to put mine on and when i went inside i changed my shoes rather than struggling to take them on and off. They are slippy when indoors especially on hard floors, a bit of a pain when out shopping.
